Melissa has a passion for education and her advocacy for her clients is evident. Her individual person-centred care approach is paramount to her.

She works hard to supporting an individual’s needs and working closely with the multidisciplinary team, an individual’s family or carers to achieve safe self-management skills.

Ongoing education and support that are alongside an ever-changing chronic health condition are a challenge, however Melissa views working with individuals and achieving their health goals an absolute privilege.
